What a great way to cap off my time in Europe - four hours in the sand at Santa Marinella beach! At the airport now, ready to get back home!

Rome Wasn't Built in One Day
But this guy can tour it in one! A morning tour of the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, and Saint Peter's basilica, then an afternoon in the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon. Follow that up with pizza for dinner, a view of the sunset on a hill in Giardino delgi Aranci, and gelato to cap off the night. I'd say I had a pretty Italian day!

When in Rome
First day in Rome was a bit busy. But I was able to see many of the monuments and ruins. I took soooo many photos today, and will be behind on posting them. Tomorrow is the Vatican and the Colosseum!
Italy
After a four hour train ride to Zurich last night and a four hour train ride this morning to Milan, I have made it to Italy! Of the four hours to Milan, over 3 hours was through a valley in Switzerland. Such great scenery! I'll post pictures later once I go through them all - I took nearly 200! And now officially in Rome. Such beautiful weather for a beautiful city!

Gran Finale
My final full day in Paris went well. Slept in then enjoyed a morning bike tour of the city. Followed by a short trip to Roland Garros and the French (not-so) Open. Though I wasn't able to see a match, I was able to talk to some pretty cool people. Then saw Ms. Mini Lady Liberty on my way back. And to end the night, I ascended the only skyscraper in Paris for an eye-level view of the tower at night.
